Memory Care Coordinator

Department: THE LEGACY AT TOWN SQUARE
Location: Amarillo, TX

STARTING WAGE: $50,000/Year

SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Valid

Licensed Practical Nursing preferred with 3 years of Nursing experience including management.

Highlights of the Memory Care Coordinator Position:

  • The Memory Care Coordinator oversees the overall implementation, delivery and coordination of the Connections Memory Care neighborhood resident services, including engagement and supports the HWD in all health services.
  • Coordinates engagement aspects of life for Memory Care residents including participating in the development of personalized plan or program for successful aging in community.
  • Ensures residents satisfaction and achievement of their realistic goals. Motivates residents to function at highest level of independence.
